Okay, so, I TOTALLY wasn't planning on drawing this. I had a specific piece in mind that I wanted to work on, so I was looking for stock images for it, right? But then I came across ~hexacle-stock's Angel Series, and just about died, I wanted to use them soooo bad.

I DO plan on painting it (the drawing was on tracing paper), but I loved the drawing so much I wanted to post it, just in case I ruined the painting. ;A;

These are my characters Soren (left) and Kyarath (right). I don't think I've ever actually drawn them (except maybe some doodles) so until now, I had only a vague design for them in my head. Now I TOTALLY know what they look like, and it's making me REALLY HAPPY. 8D

I tried to make Soren look a bit boyish, with the wider shoulders and flatter chest. She gets mistaken for a guy a lot (she normally DOES NOT wear dresses). And I tried making Kyarath more feminine, but she just ended up kind of baby-faced. =3= Oh well.

Their story is very sad. There is a lot of role-reversal and deception involved, and I have yet to decide if they get a happy ending or not...
