Description
This is a complete 180 from the last thing I posted. XD Although, interestingly enough, it was also inspired by a song; "Make it Mine" by Jason Mraz:
"Wake up everyone! How can you sleep at a time like this, unless the dreamer is the real you?"
You seriously have to hear it. It's a great song. XD Plus I'm really loving Jason Mraz right now. If I were to meet him in the street... I would seriously pass out, I love his music (and his voice) that much.
And there really aren't many people like that for me.
N E WAY! Back to the artwork... I sketched out the person first, but the rest is free-hand, which is why the composition isn't all that great. But I really like all the color I was able to put into it... other than that... *shrugs* Kind of like "The Silent Ones", it turned out okay, but I still have more complex ideas that would need a bigger space to work out.
I actually did this one on the same piece of paper as "The Silent Ones". They're both pretty small, and I didn't want to waste the paper! I think I may have finally found a brand of watercolor paper that I can be excited about! 8D
One last thing: I find that doing a watercolor painting IS REALLY FAST AND EASY compared to CGing. It's been a long time... I mean, it wasn't that long ago that I posted a couple of WC things, put I haven't actually PAINTED in a while, and I'm pleasantly surprised at the speed and results. 8D
